GOURMET ICE CREAM

 

Ready for the freezer – in less than 5 minutes

Just add 35% Whipping Cream and a little water!

process     One Ice Cream Mix                  Cream & Water                    5 cups Ice Cream

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In deep, narrow mixing bowl add PRODUCT to 35% WHIPPING CREAM & COLD WATER in the amounts recommended in the Directions on  package.

 

  1. Beat with electric hand mixer at low speed until blended.  Increase speed to highest level and beat for the time indicated until thicker – or peaks form.  Over-beating will cause cream to separate.

 

  1. Quickly pour into container/s.

 

  1. Freeze until desired firmness is achieved. 

 

OPTION:  Before freezing, create your own unique flavour by folding in nuts, chocolate chips, cookie crumbs, fruit – whatever you want!  See our RECIPE page for ideas.
